In the event of a massive power outage due to unprotected power grids, is the system still functional? Do you find this valuable?

The answer is yes. Unlike the vast majority of competitors credentialing and resource allocation systems RAPTOR was designed specifically for that situation. The RAPTOR solution doe not require a live connection to the master database, nor does it require a local database on a tough book or a handheld be maintained. All critical information is stored on the smart card allowing for secure retirval at the scene of an emergency when all communications are offline.
