Can you discuss how Vuance can incorporate a mass evacuation scenario into the Raptor solution?

Raptor can easily be configured for use as a refugee management or evacuation tracking tool. The simple version of the process is for Vuance to set up a separate instance of Raptor where the attribute management functions are configured to support shelter location and assignments, evacuation routes, evacuation locations, emergency supply distribution rights, and other attributes unique to the displaced individuals rather than skills, certifications and training. On the other hand keeping some of the skills and certifications attributes in that version could significantly assist authorities in finding appropriately trained volunteers so perhaps we are talking about adding attributes rather than removing them. I would also point out the the electronic medical record would be critical to refugees given the fact that medical treatment will nearly always be offered outside of their normal primary care circle. The Raptor Real Time field enrollment station can be used to register people and issue a temporary ID card using smart card technology cutting down on benefit fraud. Vuance has looked seriously at this option and we are prepared to bring it forward at the request of any potential customer.

I would look to other members of this user community to suggest those "attributes" that would be critical or most important to them in this type of deployment.
