When uploading a picture, how do I make sure the number of pixels and size of the picture are correct?

If you are using RAPTOR CONNECT to capture the Photo everything will be done for you automatically. If you are using the Photo Upload capability from the web application follow the directions below.

  1. Be sure to download your registrant’s digital photos to your computer, saving the file in an easily accessible place. If you are burning the photos to a CD, be sure to properly label the photo with the registrant’s name.
  2. After logging into RAPTOR Verify with your administrator username and password, click the Select Candidate button from the main menu.
  3. Choose the registrant you wish to work with, and then click the Select button on the toolbar to the left.
  4. You will be brought back to the Main Menu.
  5. From the RAPTOR Verification Tool Main Menu, click the Tools button and then select Upload Picture from the drop-down menu.
  6. From the RAPTOR Verification Picture Upload screen, click the Browse button to locate the file on your computer.
  7. Click Open once you have chosen the photo associated with the selected registrant.
  8. Click the Upload button to attach the photo to the registrant’s profile.
  9. You will receive a message: “Picture Successfully Uploaded…”
  10. Click the Menu button to go back to the RAPTOR Verification Tool Main Menu to Select a New Candidate or to Logout.
