What safety measures does your software take to protect from data loss in the case of an internet crash? In the case of power outage? In the case of….?

The RAPTOR system is supported by redundant databases located in various areas of the county. We have a failsafe rollover within 60 seconds of the loss of any of those locations. Critical data will not be lost. When connectivity does not exist the REALTIME, and MOBILE programs store information in a local encrypted cache and automatically update and synch with the master database when connectivity is restored. The same cannot be said for our competition.
  • Sideon requires connection to their database at all times for the program to be affective.
  • Salamander Technologies credentialing and accountability program is based on retrieval of information form a database using 20 year old barcode technology, and their local database storage and retrieval is strictly jurisdictional meaning responders from out of the local area or out of state cannot be effectively integrated.
  • Core Street’s PIV man solution is based on storing a small and very limited profile on their handheld devices which are specific to the local jurisdiction, and the profile is not electronically authenticated which calls into question how trusted the information is beyond the identity verification which is protected by a digital certificate.
  • In the ESAR-VHP Market leading providers EMSystems/Global Secure and Collaborative Fusion are entirely database driven and the resource management relies on paper reports from the database in a disconnected environment. Both of those programs are also restricted to medical professionals, and unlike Advance Response Concepts-RAPTOR do not support all categories of first responders.
  • Most importantly to the first responders Advance Response Concepts provides emergency access to the “Force Protection Medical Record” even when the responder is being treated by a hospital which does not participate in our program.
