It is logical to assume that everyone who will need an identification card at the scene of a disaster may have not participated in the pre-enrollment program. For this reason Advance Response Concepts has developed a software suite we call RAPTOR REALTIME. For purposes of look and feel the program is identical to the pre-enrollment program but runs entirely on a laptop computer at the scene. In this case the RAPTOR program is supported entirely by locally installed programs including a local sequel database. In the vent the connectivity exists continuously or even sporadically the program is designed to update (SYNC) with the master databases maintained by Advance Response Concepts.
