The registration utility, as well as RAPTOR verify, does not necessarily require any special hardware. To use the RAPTOR cards for logical access and to have the ability to both read and write to the cards requires a purchase of a SmartCard reader. Software and drivers required to read and write to the RAPTOR ID cards are provided with the readers. For customers pursuing a high assurance level or PIV compatible program additional peripherals for capturing breeder documents, fingerprints, photo’s and signatures is required.

Optional hardware includes handhelds for field use. Toughbook laptops and field printers are also optional. These programs require additional software. For more information please contact Advance Response Concepts .
