The advanced credentialing system is designed to support day-to-day activities as well as the largest of emergency operations It is the most advanced first responder attribute management product on the market today. Attribute management draws the link between a responder saying they are a firefighter, EMT, or Police Officer; and what are the skills, training and qualifications of a firefighter, EMT, or police officer. The powerful RAPTOR engine allows for nearly unlimited attribute configurations, meaning it can be used by multiple jurisdictions in the same area, as well as a wide range of other customers, not just emergency services.

RAPTOR is intended for the First Responders market, which includes EMS, Fire, Police, Red Cross, Telecommunication Workers, Heavy Equipment Operators, and Volunteers.
