How long has your company been providing credentialing software? Has the company had a chance to work through live applications/deployments?Advance Response Concepts is proud to refer to our project in Southeastern Massachusetts as an excellent example of a customer – provider partnership. As we have worked through the Region V project the world around us has changed in respect to the regulatory requirements surrounding credentialing. The Region V project is also an example oAdvance Response Concepts’s commitment to its customers, Advance Response Concepts, having upgraded and strengthened the Region V program far beyond our contractual requirements in the name of national interoperability and regulatory compliance. VUANCE is also very pleased to provide the Raptor Credentialing System and IRMS field management system to Bucks County and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania with the program expected to extend in 2009 into Montgomery County and in 2010 to the rest of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Counter Terrorism Task force. Advance Response Concepts is also providing the RAPTOR Credentialing system to Delaware Law enforcement as part of a larger project joint development project with Delaware State University and the Delaware Department of Safety and Homeland Security. In addition our IRMS system is deployed in both Columbus Ohio and Los Angeles California (GSA, LAPD) Don’t be fooled by numbers! While our competition identifies Customers on and Agency or municipality basis, Advance Response Concepts refers to its customers on a regional project basis. If you want to compare apples to apples consider that Advance Response Concepts supports over five hundred agencies with credentialing systems Nationwide, that’s more than fifty thousand people and we just keep on growing! The RAPTOR program has been in deployment mode for more than four years. When the program was first initiated Advance Response Concepts followed a methodology of “Predictive Development” carefully watching the regulatory process as federal and state requirements were identified and eventually published. Advance Response Concepts has always been just steps away from full compliance with these documents on the date of publication due to our proactive development posture. The Advance Response Concepts RAPTOR team was the first to institute a process for credentialing governed by a set of written operating rules to ensure the effectiveness of the trust model, vital to the precepts of interoperability. With the operating rules as a foundation Advance Response Concepts worked with the Region V project to establish an administrative hierarchy and process that was dynamic enough to allow for Advance Response Concepts and the customer to amend the process as best case lessons were learned and incorporated. Advance Response Concepts is not just a user when it comes to the National Standards Process but a leader in professional qualifications as well. Senior Advance Response Concepts leadership currently sit on 6 National Fire Protection Association professional Qualifications Committees.
