If there is a change to a registrant’s personal information, for example, marital status, how and when is this information updated onto the ID card?

A user can edit their information by logging into the RAPTOR System and navigating through the various menu sections form the dashboard. The following is an outline list of the sections, forms and functions

2. Entries must be verified by a Training Administrator before they become a official part of your user profile

One you have updated your information in the system you Smart card can be updated using the RAPTOR Connect Software. Every Agency should have one or more copies of RAPTOR CONNECT and a smart card reader / encoder. If you are unsure where to update your card please contact your Agency Administrator.
