Enter and Verify Skills InformationThis is a featured page

SKILLS are those complete skill sets that result in a certification. Both accredited and non accredited certifications are covered in this category. When a SKILL is verified the entire skill set including all of the individual learning objectives are associated with the user’s record. The Skill set can be modified by the agency administrator and that modification automatically affects all of the records held by that agency.

The Raptor System relies on two types of verification methods, Administrative and Electronic. Regardless of the methods and final outcome of the Version of RAPTOR you are running, ALL verification begins with the administrative process. In order to make the process easier for Training Administrators RAPTOR allows for individuals to enter in their own certification information. Even though the information is entered in it will not appear in their official record until their Training Administrator has verified it, a 5 second process!

The individual claiming the skills and certifications must present to you original documents that establish and prove successful completion of the programs. As an Training Administrator you are responsible for examining the documents to determine authenticity to the best of your ability, recording pertinent information from off of the documents and capturing the documents image electronically. Unlike the Identity, and License, Verification Processes, the individual claiming the training certification does not need to be present for the verification transaction to be completed.

The individual claiming the Skills certification must be registered, enrolled, and their identity verified in the system in order for a certification to be verified. Clicking on the links below will show examples of the documents and "QUICK TIPS" for filling out the Skills and Training Forms.
