You have probably noticed that the RAPTOR WEB application has a https:// address.This is because we have taken additional steps tp increase the system security.We understand that you may be having difficulty connecting to your dashboard on the web site because your browser does not automatically trust the digital certificates that we are using to protect your information.This brief Webinar will walk you through the steps to download the necessary certificates and install them in your Firefox browser.

Basic Credentialing Overview and Introduction to the RAPTOR Program - Includes new participant questions
This training session introduces the participant to the uses of the RAPTOR system and the principles behind the program. Also covered are the user community tools found in the RAPTOR wiki and the reasons for using the RAPTOR system to meet proposed federal Identity Standards, how the system works, and day to day operations features built into the system

The User Experience:
This training session will include an overview of RAPTOR user functions introducing the participant to the registration and enrollment process, editing your personal record, changing your user name and password, adding family members to the SNS force protection medical record, and adding training records to your profile. Also covered are the user community tools found in the RAPTOR wiki.
