Do I need to register twice if I work in the same county, but two different departments? This is a featured page

No, as long as your agency affiliations are all in the same state you can add an unlimited number of affiliations to your profile. In order to add an agency affiliation you must have been entered into that Agencies Sponsor list. Once the affiliation has been added information sets can be shared across agencies but are still limited to the rules surrounding administrative privileges.

If you have agency affiliations in multiple states you will need to maintain multiple profiles. Even through the information in the RAPTOR system belongs to you the user you agree during the enrollment process to make some of that information available to the State in which you live in time of emergency. States are just as concerned with information security as Advance Response Concepts is so there are many regulations covering data exchange between States. At the present time Advance Response Concepts developers are working to securely bridge the gap between State databases so that the individual record owner can decide if they want to expose their information to another state.
